Artisan Shiraz 2019 750ml

This wine is a product of the process Carbonic Maceration. The wine is a “carbonic” or Beaujolais style. The technique is essentially anaerobic fermentation which produce wines of exceptional  quality with fruit on the fore palate. These wines are a fresh lighter style that can be consumed with any food and serves either at room temperature or slightly chilled – they are a summer red wine.
